Limbo, Prodeus, and more coming to Xbox Game Pass in July



After the recent announcements at E3, the value of Game Pass has skyrocketed, and the following games arriving in July cement it as one of the best deals in gaming. The games aren’t all amazing, but there are a bunch of new ones Old Titles that will arrive along with new releases over the next couple of months.

There are a lot of new games coming X-Box The site now has a dedicated “running on day one” page to keep track of everything’s arrival. It includes Microsoft Flight Simulator, Ascent, Psychonauts 2, and more. On another note, here’s the list of games that will arrive in the standard Xbox Game Pass for June and July.

First, Team17’s Worms Rumble will arrive today on Xbox Game Pass. This offers 32-player combat with servers that will definitely be busier than usual for the next couple of days. 3D Worms isn’t for everyone’s taste, but it’s free, so you really can’t go wrong.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered is next, arriving June 24. This is a modified version of the classic NFS and will be available on both console and PC when it is launched.

Prodeus is an interesting one. The game was fully released back in November 2020 on Steam, and the game will now come to Xbox Game Pass as a PC preview on June 24. It’s a shooting game with widely positive reviews on Steam, easily scoring 10/10.

Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars arrives July 1 for Cloud, Console, and PC. It is a hardcore strategy game that combines empire management, turn-based combat, and deck building. It ticks a lot of genre boxes and applies to a pretty niche market, but it’s perfect if you like that kind of thing. It usually costs you around $30 on Steam, so this is a great value.

Limbo is the classic multi-award winning, side-by-side puzzle game that was in Game Pass before. If you haven’t played this game before then really no excuse. Its short and sweet campaign is the perfect break from the fast paced Apex Legends or the intense storytelling of Mass Effect.

While these are some of the highlights of the old titles arriving on Game Pass, the next few months see the arrival of some Day One titles, notably The Ascent, a top-down strategy game. Likewise, Forza Horizon 5 arrives later this year, along with Halo Infinite and Hades. You really can’t go wrong with Game Pass.
