If we go back to last year, PUBG Mobile was banned after the government suspected that the Chinese mobile game app was sending important user data to the Chinese government. Since Battlegrounds Mobile India is developed by the same developer of PUBG Mobile – Krafton, Indian ministers are questioning about the upcoming game and its privacy and security policies.

At the time of announcing the coming of Battlegrounds Mobile India earlier this year, Krafton made it very clear the game’s privacy and security policies. Time and time again, the game developer has revealed that users’ security and privacy are their top priority. Krafton also said that user data collected by Krafton will be stored on servers within India and Singapore.

The Battlegrounds Mobile India Privacy Policy clearly states, “Your personal information will be stored and processed on servers located in India and Singapore. However, we may transfer your data to other countries and/or regions to operate the game service and/or to satisfy legal requirements. In the event of a transfer to a country or another region, we will take steps to ensure that your information receives the same level of protection as if you had remained in India.”

Currently, Krafton is preparing to launch Battlegrounds Mobile India in the country soon. The company releases new teasers almost every day and latest one It hints at June 18 as the game’s release date.
