If you haven’t seen it already, an editor has leaked the supposed trailer for the upcoming show battlefield 6, the latest addition to the franchise will arrive in late 2021.
This is the place to check it out (please be careful, this video is flashing everywhere.)

I watched it so you don’t have to put up with the terrible quality and flashy pictures. Obviously, it’s not a full trailer. This low-quality trailer falls short of the general standard of what DICE does well: its launch trailers. There are some missing assets there, some sneaky embellishments, and besides no branding except for the (largely covered) Battlefield logo at the end.
But this low-quality mayhem gives players a bit more understanding of what to expect from the next Battlefield game. It is clearly a modern game. Those multi-helicopters weren’t flying around battlefield From the Somme, that’s for sure, and one group is likely to be in the near future.
There are some epic pieces to expect from a Battlefield trailer, including a massive rocket/missile launch. So there seems to be some kind of robot dog? A bit like one of those dynamic Bostonian robot dogs that will eventually outsmart the human race. Yes. They’re in this trailer. Other than that, that’s just one big piece, a missile taking off, some soldiers blasting to bits. It definitely looks like Battlefield.
The actual Battlefield reveal is expected to be around the corner – they said in June, they said in June! – And this trailer doesn’t look like the thing that will be released as the reveal trailer. Compared to the artwork that served as the original Battlefield 1 trailer, this thing barely scratches it.
What is exciting is the general return to the modern environment. The helicopters (you can get a glimpse inside the cockpit), the armored soldiers, the vast map at first that looks like Wake Island… Battlefield 6 might be the worst in any game this year, but who cares? The noise is growing.
If you want to stay spoiler-free, I wouldn’t recommend watching the trailer. The final piece will probably be much better, there’s not much to see, and the video will give you a headache.
