Secretlab Omega review – all-day gaming chair

For years, Secretlab has been on the cutting edge Gamer chair market With products like Omega, Titan, and TitanXL chairs. When I finally had the opportunity to review the Secretlab chair, it didn’t make sense to try Omega.

As someone who sits at a desk for more than 10 hours of work every day, rest is the most important thing to me. It could be my computer is it The most powerful machine In the world, but if I can’t sit comfortably at my desk for more than 30 minutes, then it’s not worth it.

Secretlab Omega is Advertise a chair For those who are 5’11 ” or shorter and weigh less than 240 lbs. As someone who falls at these height limits and weighs 206 lbs, I was a bit concerned that I would have problems finding long-term comfort when doing my review of Secretlab Omega. Thankfully, it took me only a few hours to realize this wasn’t going to be the case at all.

Little assembly required

Like most Secretlab chairs, Omega takes about 30 minutes to assemble together. The two main parts – the seat and backrest – are easy to place. The longest part of the process, outlined in a giant poster, is the wheeled base. But this is more boring than difficult.

The chair material is made of PU leather, providing one of the most comfortable sitting experiences I have had with a gaming chair. My office is in one of the warmest areas of my home, and omega stays cool all the time. Even when the room temperature gets to 80 degrees and higher with everything running, the chair stays cool without any kind of sticking to the skin. That’s a big win with Which Chair type.

The chair reclines 165 degrees and has adjustable armrests that can be raised, lowered, and tilted inward or outward. If you need a specific position, you can do so with Secretlab Omega.

Regarding the seat cushion and backrest, they both feel as soft and inviting as the first day you used them. This is even after a few months of daily use. You can get out of the chair and not tell someone who was sitting in it.

Aside from the chair’s seating area, the plinth might be the most impressive part of Secretlab Omega. The high-quality metal and hydraulic system isn’t so inexpensive that you’re looking to replace the pump within six months of use.

The chair has a head pillow and a lumbar support cushion. These are the only two drawbacks I have with Omega. The head pillow wraps around the top of the chair, but likes to go out a lot. It’s also hard to get it in the right position if you want to lean on it.

The lumbar cushion is an even bigger nuisance due to its inability to stick to the chair at all. If you are the type of person who needs adjustment often, you will have to move a lumbar pillow with you. However, it is a soft and supportive cushion that makes long sessions enjoyable.

The Secretlab Omega is worth the money

As with any other piece of furniture, the old adage “you get what you pay for” is often true. With Secretlab Omega Stealth, this is still the case. Whether you want it for a work day at home or for long gaming sessions, this chair delivers the level of comfort you’d expect from something that could cost you twice as much.

If you are on size restrictions and don’t like the right fit, you might want to consider jumping into the Titan. But if you meet your Omega size requirements, you won’t find a much better chair than this with a starting price of $ 359.
