Several reports circulating on the internet are pointing to the relaunch of the PUBG Mobile India mobile game in India very soon. In fact, some reports also reveal that the battle royale will be officially released later this year, which is possible in the next few months or so. While the launch schedule has not been officially confirmed yet, what makes PUBG Mobile India’s emergence more apparent are the job listings on Linkedin from Microsoft. Currently, up to six job listings are listed within PUBG Corporation, hinting at the imminent launch of battle royale. As far as Linkedin job listings are concerned, PUBG Corporation is hiring for Senior Marketing Manager – India, Product Manager – India, Associate Director, Business Operations Deployment – India, Video Editor – India, and Investment and Strategy Analyst – India. This clearly indicates that the company is working hard to bring PUBG Mobile back into the country very soon. PUBG Mobile India Coming Soon?

Tencent’s PUBG Mobile was banned in the country last year along with hundreds of other Chinese apps under Section 69A of the Information Technology (IT) Act. A few months after the battle royale was banned in the country, PUBG Corporation announced that it will be returning as PUBG Mobile India. Some other Chinese apps banned in India including TikTok, Camscanner, and others.

The Indian version of battle royale has been harassed by the company several times in the past. The PUBG Corporation has revealed, in fact, that the Indian version of the mobile game will be customized according to government instructions. The company also highlighted that the security and privacy of users will be their top priorities, and this is the main reason for banning the popular mobile game in the country.

Recently, reports regarding the launch of PUBG Mobile India indicate that Krafton is in talks with the Indian government to bring the game back to the country. To bring the mobile game back into the country, the company will first need to address concerns raised by the Indian government.

Currently, neither the company nor the Indian government has disclosed official details regarding the release of the Indian version of Battle Royale.
