Indie studio Landfall Games is known for its April Fools’ jokes, it even went a step further by launching a full-fledged battle royale game called Fully Precision Battlefields On April Fools’ 2018. This year, instead of pranks or japes, Landfall celebrated the day by pushing a ragdoll physics sandbox Battle Simulator is completely accurate To version 1.0.
As it loses its Early Access tag, Totally Accurate Battle Simulator gains two new factions, two new maps, two new campaigns, and multiplayer – both local and online – a much-needed feature that Landfall has kept a secret until now.
Not content with that, Landfall also used April Fools’ Day to announce that Totally Accurate Battlegrounds are free to play on. steamThen, launching a brand new game called Rounds. The rounds are a one-on-one platform duel in which the player who loses each round gains a promotion. There are over 65 of them, including one that turns your weapon into a shotgun and the other one that makes you really big (and gives you extra health). Tours are also available on steam.
