publisher Suedesco Developer PixelHive has released a new story trailer for the upcoming game Kazi and wild masks. The game will first launch digitally later this month, followed by an actual launch of consoles in May.
A new trailer for the story shows 1990s-inspired artwork and music. The game also includes some gameplay for those interested in seeing how the movement platform works. Players can seamlessly jump and run in this upcoming platform game that combines old-fashioned and modern upgrades.
Kazi and wild masks It stars Kaze, who seeks to save her friend Hugo. However, the Crystal Islands have also been cursed, and the live angry veggies are loose. Kaze must find the Wild Masks and unleash the powers of legendary guardians to unleash their abilities on earth, sky, and sea.
The game contains more than 30 levels as well as more than 50 additional levels to explore. Throughout the game, Wild Masks Kaze will help Kaze through the varied landscapes of Crystal Island.
The Tiger Mask allows Kaze to pounce, Eagle gives Kaze the ability to fly, while the Lizard can run across dangerous lands, and she can use Shark Mask to travel through the wilderness.
Kazi and wild masks It was developed by PixelHive, a Brazilian independent studio. The game is brought to Stadia by Sodescos Studios, which is the publisher’s in-house development studio.
PixelHive’s goal was to blend 1990s platforms with today’s technology. The game contains colorful visuals and music from that region with a modern touch, like HD graphics.
The initial goal was to release both the digital and physical versions of the game simultaneously. At the end of February, the publisher clarified that the physical version would come two months after the digital launch.
Soedesco explained that due to the current situation around the world, there were challenges in production and logistics. This forced the company to reschedule the actual launch release, but now everyone around the world will have access to it at the same time.
