You can now buy pre-built computers without a GPU that not everyone can find

Let’s be real people, if you want a new GPU, you better wait. For how long, I just don’t know. At this rate, it could take months or even 2022 for any of the new Nvidia or AMD cards to be already available in numbers that don’t push prices up into ridiculous ranges. But if you still want to get a new computer, only without the graphics card, then this is difficult. Fortunately, there is a way to get a new pre-built PC without wasting your money i.e. if you are okay with your current GPU.

Fierce PC, a UK computer builder, sells pre-built computers Without any GPUs installed. The idea is that you, the customer, will pick up one of these recognized thicker rigs and pin a card you already have. There are only three platforms like this available now, and they cost from £ 559.95 (or about $ 770) to £ 899.95 ($ 1,238). The cheapest computer on this list is the Nexus Pro, which runs on a liquid-cooled Intel Core i5-9400F processor, 8GB of memory, 240GB SSD and 1TB HDD, and a bronze 600W power supply. On the other hand is the Nexus Elite, which has a liquid-cooled Intel Core i7 10700 processor, 16GB of memory, 250GB SSD, and 1TB HDD, all powered by the same 600W bronze PSU. Of course, all of these spec lists are virtual and can be customized.

Next step for pre-built manufacturers?

Although the past year was an explosion for computer companies and hardware manufacturers, it also brought with it a dearth of parts. Usually we see this reflected in tweets or articles about how fast an Card sellsThis is logical. When a lot of people are disappointed, you will see, well, a large number of disappointed people. But people aren’t the only ones not to get the RTX 3080.

GPU shortages also affected companies selling pre-made computers. They cannot offer computers with the latest technology because they simply do not have them. In a way, Fierce PC’s decision to start selling pre-built computers without GPUs is the most logical response to the current environment. People still have their GPU cards and won’t part with it for a while. If they don’t have the savvy to build their own PC (which is a lot cheaper than going through Fierce PC), this is the most attractive offering out there. They don’t have to waste money on building with a GPU that they don’t need or want and can still have a better platform.
