Truck Driver receives free cache locations and damage system DLC content on the Nintendo Switch

Hidden Places and Damage System DLC content is a free content package containing new vehicles, websites, and more. One of the biggest updates is the 3D visual damage that appears on the player’s truck and other vehicles. If the player takes damage from the environment or sideways passes to other vehicles, the damage will now be a visual reminder of what happened.

Along the way there are new vehicles to see. It includes a minivan, a classic muscle car, a tow truck, a box truck and a pickup truck. These new vehicles will give players something new to look for while traveling on the long road to deliver their cargo.

The free content pack also adds three hidden places. These routes do not appear on the map, so players will need to do extra work to find them. After discovering new routes, players can unlock new achievements or rewards.

There is another visual addition for players to look out for. Customers have a brand new look, thanks to the revamped character artwork.

Hidden Places and Damage System DLC content comes after the release of Update 1.27 on February 18th. The update added new content, along with a review of existing content, as well as making some fixes.

As for the game experience, players can now reset their controls in the options menu for both the console and the steering wheel controls. Under the options, players can also find a new Gamma Slider in the graphics menu. The motion controls are also disabled by default unless players use only one Joy-Con.

Some fixes include drastically reducing crashes at startup, during loading screens, saving and loading of saved games, and when switching Joy-Con configuration. Overall, Save Game stability has been improved, so that players have more enjoyable experience.
