Valheim Updates – Everything Comes In Valheim’s Roadmap

Valheim was a hit with Steam Early Access at the start of February, with more than four million players now using ax and shield to earn their place in Valhalla. We’ve seen Dwarf Heads stumble, Gray Death can be avoided, and Vikings unite for a tough confrontation Heads of Valheim – And there’s more to come.

Valheim has made strides since we first fell into Vikings disinfectant with nothing but our underwear and our will to survive, setting the course for a long trek through choppy waters and hostile biomes. Part of its success as a survival game boils down to building a first-class base, and a strong and fair progression system that has spawned some of the best gaming memes to date.

The simple and versatile building system sparked players’ creativity – and it wasn’t just about building players Sauron Eye, But an exact copy of the Millennium Falcon Using only what we can imagine Much from wood. There’s more of where it came from, with the first update focused on building the base and recipes, but Iron Gate Studio puts exactly what we can expect from Valheim’s future.

A roadmap of Valheim’s release date

There will be four major Valheim updates, as well as more modes and plans on the way, along with smaller patch notes to balance the game and fix bugs. Although there aren’t any promised release dates yet, here’s what to expect from every Valheim major update.

  • Fireplace and home – Build homes and cook
  • Wolf Worship – Exploration and combat
  • Ships and the sea – Boat upgrades and more “stuff” in the biosphere
  • Mistlands A new biome that is “very foggy and inhospitable”.

We can visit Mistlands already, but it’s currently empty of content, so we hope this update will fill in the gaps in our current world. The more adventurous Vikings among us have also discovered another biome – Ashland – where you can extract Flametal from piles of glowing minerals. This resource is currently of no use, but we’re eager to see what kind of cool stuff Valheim weapons We can shape it.
