It’s week 13 of the current Fortnite season, and as we near the end of this current wave of challenges, the focus appears to be shifting to the big hole in the center of the map. Zero Point used to be a constant presence, but now there are crystal trees popping up all over the area. One of this week’s challenges is destroying five of those crystal trees.
To find them, you have to head to the Colossal Coliseum West. It is the place where desert meets water in the northern part of the map. Here you’ll find some crystal trees sprouting from the ground, near Zero in the center of the map.
Crystal trees are easy to find once you know their location, but we’ll go further. We’ll tell you exactly how much health they have, plus give you some indication of questions you might have, such as “Do they reproduce” or “Do I need to erase all five crystal trees in one game”.
Here’s the site for crystal trees in Fortnite:
These trees come in clusters around the various boxes in this area. All of them have roughly 200-300 health conditions, and unfortunately, none of the crystals that the massive shrapnel create when broken with a weapon or pickaxe. However, crystal trees have some unique properties that you should be aware of:
- Anyone can destroy them, but there are a lot of them out there
- They do not multiply once destroyed, so be sure to get to them quickly
- You don’t have to destroy five in one game
