Jinshin effect: The Dragonspine Statue of the Seven Ancient Frost
Once you open the Jinshin effectOn the world map, you will notice a new location just south of Monstadt. This is Dragonspine, and you can work your way up to it as soon as you can. However, try to keep in mind that a mechanic called “Sheer Cold” will affect your characters. If it gets unbearable, your characters will slowly lose HP and freeze to death. We have some Tips to help you keep warm So you can survive the journey.
Anyway, as soon as you look at the top of Dragonspine, you will see a red ray cast towards the sky. This is the statue of the Seven, and we want to get to it.
Traverse the mountain pass, using all methods to counteract the effects of the absolute cold. In the end, you should reach the statue of the Seven.
Sadly, it appears to be covered in something called “ancient frost.” These ice blocks are found throughout the area and regular attacks, in addition to Pyro damage, you will not be able to destroy them.
What you need to do is look for the blood red metallic knot. This quartz quartz gives you a temporary warm splendor.
You will notice a red energy circling around your character to indicate that the Force of Warming is still active.
When you have warm power, quickly return to the Statue of Seven. Use your attacks to destroy the ancient frost covering it to unlock the statue. This will allow you to see the entire Dragonspine area and all Teleport Waypoints to aid your exploration.
Of course, if you encounter other sites with Ancient Rime, just find the closest Scarlet Quartz knot to make sure you get a warm temperature to help break it.
