First of all I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.

I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out
there. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or
    hints? Cheers!

When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me
when new comments are added- checkbox and now each
time a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with
the same comment. There has to be an easy method you are able to remove me from
    that service? Many thanks!
