Jinshin effect: A Reputational Guide to Monstadt and Leo
To start using the Monstadt Reputation System, you will need to complete “The Outlander who Caught the Wind – Prologue: Act I.” Then talk to Herta. It is in the northern part of Mundstadt.
Then the Mondstadt reputation screen is displayed. This contains bonus boards, requests, world exploration, and Monstadt quests. Likewise, you’ll see the EXP values for the reputation each task or group provides. Think of it similar to Jinshin effect‘s Battle Pass. There is a list of goals and you will get EXP as you complete these goals.
Explore the world – As far as I know, this refers to just wandering Jinshin effectMonstadt or Liyue while finding secrets like chests, amni, and anemones / geokoli.
Monstatt / Leo tasks – These display quests / brackets you have completed in Monstadt or Liyue.
Grants – These are specific enemies that you need to kill in the game world. They can be highlighted on your map. Each bonus can provide 60 to 100 reputable experience.
Requests – These are assignments from certain personalities in the region. For example, someone might ask you to bring in a few pieces of raw meat while the last 10 wants sweet flowers. NPCs requests provide 40 XP each.
The important thing to remember is that you can only complete three rewards and three orders each week. This applies to both Monstadt and Liyue. As such, you should decide which area to prioritize based on the rewards you can get. If you prioritize your reputation in Monstadt, you will find it difficult to earn a reputation in Liyue if you are above the weekly mission limit.
Moreover, if you want to see what Liyue’s reputation board looks like, you will need to finish the next mission “Farewell, Archaic Lord” The ritual of descent. Talk to Ms Yu at Liyue Harbor to find out about reputations and assignments rewards for the area.

You might think it’s best to grow EXP for the reputation in Monstadt because this is the first area I visited Jinshin effect. However, my opinion is that it is best to reach Liyue’s 3rd reputation rank first.
The reason is due to the condensed resin. Usually, you will spend 20 original resins when done Ley line and abyssal spurs. However, the Liyue System’s reputable bonus allows you to convert 40 original resins into an intense resin.
Think of it as spending 40 resins on one activity. In return, it also doubles the rewards whether you clear Ley Lines or Fall Abyssal Domain Agriculture. This means that you spend less time farming for artifacts and materials since one attempt actually gives you additional rewards as if you did twice.
